Our Fold

We have been building our fold (a herd of Highland cattle), since 2010 with our very first purchase.  Highlands became the majority of out cattle in 2020, and as of 2025 we have 60+ head of Highlands that roam our ranch.  Since switching to Highland cattle, we have seen a difference in the quality of grass on our land.  Our Highlands love to roam the entire pasture during the day, which promotes growth and prevents over-grazing in one area.
